  1. Where do I need to book for the best price ?

  2. Is it possible to reach the hotel by car?
    Yes, it is possible to reach us by car Via Circonvallazione Occidentale n.177 in front of S. Panfilo’s Cathedral and the Villa Comunale. Parking space for unloading luggage is reserved for Hotel Ovidius. Please visit the Our Location page for further information.
  3. From what time is the room available and what time must it be vacated   the day of departure?
    Rooms are available immediately, if not occupied, if so, they are available at 12:00am. The room must be vacated by 12:00am. Luggage may be deposited at the reception desk once left the room. Services such as restaurant or the Spa may still be used if desired.
  4. What credit cards do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard , Diners, America Express and JCB.
  5. Are pets allowed?
    Yes, small-sized pets are allowed only upon request with the exception of the hotel's common areas.  We have rooms with parquet for our four-legged friends. A daily supplement of €5,00 will be charged to do proper cleaning.
  6. Is it possible to access the internet if I do not want to bring my laptop?
    Yes, all of our guests can use the internet point located in the hall area and the Wi-Fi connection free of charge.
  7. Do you have non-smoking rooms?
    Yes we do, all of our rooms are non- smoking rooms.
  8. What do the rooms provide?
    Each room provides: a bathroom with bath/shower,  hairdryer, flat   screen satellite television,  air conditioning/heating, mini-bar, telephone, safe and wireless internet at high velocity.
  9. Are there rooms in the Hotel that accommodate the disabled ?Yes we do have rooms that accommodate the disabled.
  10. Does the Hotel dispose of cribs and booster chairs?
    Yes, our Hotel disposes of cribs and booster chairs for our younger guests.
  11. Do children pay for their stay?
    Children 4 years of age and under stay free of charge if they sleep with their parents or in a crib. Children in Half-board or Full-board are charged what they consume.
  12. Is breakfast included? If so what type of breakfast do you serve?
    Breakfast is included and is served from 7 am to 10 am in a rich and delicious buffet: coffee, milk, hot chocolate, tea and a wide choice of herbal teas. Fresh white and brown bread, freshly baked croissants, home-made cakes, butter, a selection of fruit jams, home-made orange marmalade and honey. Also salami, ham, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, cheese, fresh fruit, corn-flakes, muesli, yogurt and fruit juices. Also…
  13. What does the kitchen offer?
    For lunch and dinner, our guests can always choose between a Menu of the day (with the choice of two main course and two second course dishes, vegetables and  dessert, water) and a Menu a la carte with typical dishes of Abruzzese cuisine.
  14. Is there a menù for vegetarian’s or coeliac’s?
    If you have special dietary needs, we can easily arrange to accommodate if we are notified ahead of time. Furthermore,  it is possible to arrange a menù for our younger guests.
  15. Is there a lift?
    Yes, the hotel has two lifts.
  16. Is there a parking area or garage?
    Yes, we have a free private parking area and a private garage.
  17. Is it possible to rent a car?
    Yes, our staff will be happy to help you rent a car.
  18. Does the Hotel have a shuttle service from and to the railway station?
    Yes, we have a free shuttle service from and to the railway station.
  19. How do I reach the Hotel from Pescara/Fiumicino airports?
    We can organize a transfer from and to the Pescara/Fiumicino Airports.
  20. Does the hotel have a laundry service?
    Yes, we do have a laundry service.
  21. How much does the entrance to the SPA cost?
    Entrance at the Spa costs €25,00 per person and includes a “Courtesy Kit”(bag , bath robe and slippers); “Spa mini-buffet”(herbal tea, fresh fruit and mineral water); Champagne upon request. It is also possible to reserve the Spa for your own personal use (max 12 persons).
  22. What are your cancellation policy?
    From 14 to 7 days before arrival, you must pay 30% of the total amount of your stay. From 6 to 2 days before your arrival, you must pay 70% or your total stay. From 1 day to No show, you must pay 100% of your total stay. We kindly ask you to carefully read the terms and conditions while booking, since these policies can vary according to the offer and rate.
  23. Is it possible to organize journeys to Sulmona or towns nearby?
    Of course, we will be happy to help you organize any type of cultural, food and wine activity in our region. Also guided tours, upon request.
